Tiny Dancer

Hello my Lovelies!

As some of you may know I'm a dancer. Today, I'm going to be talking to you about the amazing fitness benefits of dance and why you should take it up!

 Dance is an amazing way to tone up all of your muscles while learning a new and exciting skill that can lead to so many opportunities. In addition it combines cardio, with strength training due to its repetitive and active nature while having to support yourself in different positions, many of them you'll never have done before! There are also so many styles and opportunities to get involved as an individual, pair or with your squad! To help start you off I've posted my first ever dance video onto instgram and will show show what you can achieve in just a year of pointe work...
