Circuit Time

Hello my lovelies,

I'm here today to give you some fitness and training inspiration! If you're new to working out or a seasoned pro I hope this inspires you to get out there, try new things and get active! 


So my circuit is ...
~ 12 weighted lunges left leg 
~ 12 kettle bell arm raises to the side
~ 12 kettle bell squats 
~ 12 kettle bell arm raises to the front 
~ 12 weighted lunges right leg 
Repeat three times through or as many as you like!
